Best service ever. My ac was broken, it got to 76, I was suffocating. Called the company, they answered right away at 8:15 pm, came 30 min after and repaired everything. An hour later I was able to breathe again and sleep at home instead of renting the hotel and waiting for my community to open and repair the ac. So highly recommend !!!!!! 10 stars !

I had an excellent experience with this company. Leonid was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of immediately replacing parts. He found multiple error codes, updated the washer’s firmware, and it has been working perfectly ever since. He also performed maintenance on our dryer and thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent, which gave us great peace of mind. I really appreciated how he explained everything clearly and focused on fixing the root cause of the problem. It’s not easy to find honest and skilled technicians like Leonid. Quick and easy to schedule and work with

Our freezer on our Cafe refrigerator stopped working - on a Saturday morning, of course! - and when I contacted GE to schedule a warranty repair, the first available appointment was the following Friday, 6 days later. I called Express Xpert and they told me someone would be there between 11 and 1:00. Ramil came and was not on time - he was early! He arrived just after 10:00, which was great as the sooner, the better. He assessed the situation quickly, told my husband what had gone wrong and advised that the freezer was now working fine. The only charge was the service fee (which was $10 more than I was told, for some reason, but was still reasonable). I would definitely call them again the next time I have a problem.

Alex came out on a Saturday at 530 pm to my house after my dishwasher started leaking, he showed up within 25 minutes of me calling, then he had his work cut out removing the dishwasher from under the counter, but he never gave up and he did a lot of extra work and he was able to remove it and diagnosed the problem when it was out within like five minutes, he was honest and upfront and I would recommend him and will use him for any appliance problem I might encounter

He waived the initial service call fee and charged me for the part and the installation fee only which was more than fair. I called Express Xpert late Sunday night because we had an issue with our dryer. Dimitry was at our door before 10am on Monday, fixed the issue and was kind and courteous. Would use again.

They responded to my refrigerator repair request almost immediately, on a weekend, and were able to have someone come out within just a few hours. Although my appliance requires replacement, they were able to provide a temporary relief with competitive pricing compared to other vendors or Electrolux.

This was super service. Arrived for the first visit did what they need to do while also identifying the problem with the dryer, not working correctly and went ahead and ordered a special part. The part which was a timer came in promptly and the same service folks contacted me within one day in order to schedule a follow up appointment. They arrive promptly replaced the broken part and now the dryer is working. Could not be happier with the quality and the promptness of the service. I should also add there was no mess from the repairman. They did a clean job and took everything that they may have needed. Aleksei the technician arrived during the two hour window of time I had been given, and updates about his arrival timewere provided by text. I have a 21 year-old refrigerator that that required the removal of the compressor in order to be safe safely hauled away (according to a retailer that delivered my new refrigerator). He was knowledgeable and very competent in his work, and was polite and professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. We live in a no shoes, indoor condo, and he graciously removed his shoes at the door.

Cannot express my thanks enough to Express Xpert guys. I have a Whirlpool washing machine for 22 year and never had a problem. A couple of days ago it stopped working in the middle of a cycle. I could not open the door. I called Sears Home service, and the service guy didn’t even look at the machine at all. He only looked at the error code. He advised buying a new machine because they don’t have any replacement parts. So, I felt this machine could still be repaired. I searched on Google for a local appliances repair company. I called Express Xpert. So the repair guy came and in 15 minutes he pulled a sock from the drain pump and said, “here is your problem”. That fixed my machine and I do not need to buy a new washer.
